Himalayan Dog Chews

We were teased with a few nice days of weather and it is now back to cold and yuck. With this means no or shorter outside time for Piper and only outside time if she is wearing some type of dog clothing. She has lots of energy and always needs to be doing something, so that means that she has spent time recently chewing on her Himalayan dog chews!

These chews are safe, healthy, and an excellent option for gross rawhide. The Himalayan dog chews are available in three sizes, Piper does perfect with one of the pieces for the small. Duke has no interest in them, but a large would be good for big dogs.

Dogs & Beds

I've learned that dogs have their own opinions when it comes to dog beds. We have a handful of beds around the home and it seems like Duke and Piper choose a different one every day.

The strangest things regarding Poochieheaven's two clowns is that Duke loves the little beds and Piper loves the big dog beds! Other days, such as yesterday, a certain birthday dog decided to lay on a bed we have had for almost a year and he has never laid on.

Easter Clothing for Dogs

Potty Training Puppies

One of the hardest and most frustrating things to owning a new puppy is the house breaking.

But we have a few items that will help you keep your sanity. The first are male dog belly bands. These are obviously for male dogs, but they go around their belly's and cover were they pee, so that for training puppies, if they do try to pee, they pee in the dog belly band and not on your carpet. These are also great for older dogs that have issues with marking furniture- either at your house or when you visit other people's houses. There are several different styles and sizes of the belly bands, so you will be able to find one that works perfectly for your dog!

For those with little girls, a belly band won't do, but at Poochieheaven we have a grand selection of dog panties. A dog panty will help those with female dogs as they will cover the back ends and prevent your dog from peeing on your carpet. I've also been told that dog underwear may also help to potty train your dog as they do not like the wet on them if they do go in the panty. Yorkshire terriers also lovingly called as yorkie and they are adorable little darlings that have been companion dogs for a long time now. Natural protections do exist in the form of dog fur but their bodies give similar kind of response when exposed to outside temperatures and need dog sweaters.

So if you are carrying an umbrella or wearing a raincoat to protect you from rain they would as well choose to have the same kind of protection. Thus it is imperative for you as yorkie owners to dress up your cute little angels in dog clothing that not only would provide the necessary warmth but will also make them look like actual angels from heaven.

Yorkies look elegant as it is, and when additionally decorated in colorful and funky clothes they would essentially be the center of attention no matter wherever they go. One of the best things I've found for helping me control Duke's upset tummies is canned pumpkin for dogs. It is full of fiber, which helps to regulate Duke's digestive track.

It is also great for those dogs that get a little clogged up!

Carrying pets in cute and adorable little bags are the ‘in thing’ with famous people. This trend has caught upon the society in no time and you see numerous people carrying their charming little puppies in handy dog carriers that serve well for transporting the dog along with you while you are on the move.
